• A shipping fee of ₹99 will be charged on prepaid orders below ₹1299.

• Most orders are delivered within 7 business days.

• Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate.
• An order confirmation email will be sent once your order is successfully placed.
• A tracking link will be shared once your order has been shipped.
• Please ensure that you or an authorized person is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
• If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient’s unavailability, re-delivery may be delayed.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

At Vaikha Jewels, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept return, replacement, or refund requests only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged.
• Product received is defective.
• Wrong product received.
• Missing item in the package.

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

A complete, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all return, replacement, or refund requests.

The video must:

• Be recorded from the moment the sealed package is shown until the product is fully unboxed.
• Be continuous and unedited, with no cuts, pauses, or modifications.
• Clearly show the shipping label and package opening process.
• Clearly display the product received.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement, return, or refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, ear piercings, and body jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
